Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of VPN connections for remote access.
- Assist with the management of Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, and permissions.
- Run cabling.
- Assist in assembling hardware.
- Excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic TCP/IP network issues.
- Able to work as part of a team
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Field work or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, such as Remedy or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of VPN technologies and remote access setup.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration, including user account management and security group assignments.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Problem solving mindset, excellent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting.
This position requires excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with end-users on a regular basis. Additionally, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is essential.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
