Job Description
Help Desk Support
Main Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using help desk ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Requirements:
- Advanced student of Systems, computer science, telecommunications or similar careers.
- Have 1 or 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk, Support Technician or IT Technician or similar.
- Knowledge of Windows and Office
- English and Spanish - Intermediate level
- Portuguese – Desirable

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
