Job Description
Short-Term Rental Manager and Marketing Liaison
Summit Sky Ranch HOA in Silverthorne is looking for a friendly, organized, and attentive full-time staff member to fill the position of Short-Term Rental Operations Manager and Marketing Liaison in its luxury rental program. This position oversees daily tasks of the rental program with a focus on guest and owner services, reservations, and maintaining communications with all team members. Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team member, and attention to detail a must to maintain our 5 Star reviews. Will train the right candidate. Schedule would be full-time including holidays and weekends. Compensation is $52,000 - $58,000 DOE with additional healthcare, PTO, and 401K benefits available. Responsibilities:
· Support the Short-Term Rental Director in managing the overall growth of the program.
· Communicate with guests prior to arrival to ensure they have accurate information on the community, available amenities as well as features of the home.
· Learn and become an expert in operational software and App.
· Onboard homeowners in all rental platforms.
· Support social media presence.
· Oversee all marketing collateral and online presence and reviews.
· Enhance guest and homeowner experience by addressing needs, issues, and offering great local advice.
· Enforce standards of home upkeep, cleanliness, and general maintenance.
· Assist guests with their booking process when needed.
· Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and guests.
· Establish specific knowledge on each homeowner and assist with individual needs.
· Supervise and preform in-house cleaning and maintenance inspections when needed to support our team.
· Schedule third party vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) and consistently establish relationships with vendors to improve product quality.
· Keep informed and comply with local town policies for Short Term Rental agencies.
· Identify any issues where guests are held responsible for damage or violation of rules and support the STR Director to resolve the issue.
· Support with onboarding new homes into the program.
· Assist with marketing on social media platforms and incentivizing repeat guests.
· When needed, assist with operations at the Aspen House.
Requirements:
- Time management and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Computer skills with experience in Microsoft office suite as well as comfortable with using app-based platforms.
· Experience in a customer service focused role.

· Some Holiday, weekend, and flexible availability.
