Overview
Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small businesses. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaign, CRM, and analytics tools.
We are looking for a Manager, Partner Program & Marketing who will significantly contribute to the success of the Mailchimp Partner Program through acquisition and growth strategies. This person will develop a deep understanding of our agency, freelancer, and technology partners and identify opportunities to serve them better.
What you'll bring
8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partnerships or loyalty programs
You’re a self-starter and can work autonomously with minimal instruction or supervision, but are also a strong team player who loves bringing together diverse perspectives from across the organization
You have a successful track record of designing go-to-market strategies that are both creative and extremely successful in driving adoption
You have experience leading programs, yet are comfortable operating within a lean environment where cross-team collaboration is essential to success
You possess business maturity and the ability to recognize, address and resolve hurdles with the appropriate sense of urgency
You have prior experience working with digital agencies or freelancers and understand their unique challenges
You are an experienced marketer that understands how to use the full marketing toolkit, yet has a high degree of comfort with digital marketing tactics and tools
You are skilled at project management and have a passion for executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Requires occasional travel (~10%) for in-person meetings or events.

How you will lead
Develop, execute, and evaluate Mailchimp & Co marketing programs (in partnership with cross-functional teams) to generate awareness, drive lead generation, increase member engagement, and enable growth through a variety of channels
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external collaborators to optimize the partner experience and shape the future of the partner program
Define compelling positioning and messaging to acquire and retain partners in the program
Develop and maintain the communications calendar promoting Mailchimp & Co, including across campaigns, content, social media, events, public relations, the website and more
Assist with the creation of go-to-market strategies targeted at prospective and current partners, from ideation to reporting and optimization
Lead agency/internal briefing and creative development of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on end-to-end partner experience.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of your plans and their influence on driving partner adoption
