Position Overview: Ferla Bikes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager with a strong background in inventory management and marketing. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, optimizing inventory levels, and developing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing techniques. Responsibilities: Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and maximize revenue for Ferla Bikes. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging ecommerce technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock control, and replenishment. Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize out-of-stock situations, and avoid overstocking. Optimize automation within apps. Online Store Management: Manage and optimize the Ferla Bikes online store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. Monitor website performance, resolve technical issues or bugs, and optimize conversion rates through continuous testing and improvement. Product Listings and Merchandising: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing. Optimize product merchandising strategies to enhance visibility and improve customer engagement. Help creating new bundles for sales and advertising on the website. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO). Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI. Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback. Develop strategies to improve the customer journey and foster brand loyalty. Greet customers as they enter the Ferla Warehouse and other clients that need attention. Be main point of contact as anyone comes into our place of business. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales performance, and generate reports. Provide regular updates on ecommerce metrics, inventory levels,and marketing campaign effectiveness to the management team. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of ecommerce initiatives. Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: would prefer a bachelors but need associ in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ecommerce, digital marketing, or inventory management are a plus. Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager, preferably in the retail or bicycle industry. * Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools. * Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and optimizing conversion rates. * Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. * Solid understanding of SEO principles, digital advertising, and social media marketing. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Passion for the cycling industry and a strong understanding of bike products and accessories. * Familiarity with bike components, specifications, and trends is highly desirable. * Shopify, QuickBooks, Excel, google meet and google docs experience are highly desirable.
