Digital Marketing Specialist
Hagerman & Company is a B2B solutions provider of design and engineering software, data management solutions and professional services to train, support, implement and integrate technology that empowers our clients to become more productive and competitive. We are currently seeking a full time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
In this hybrid role, you will create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquire net new accounts with the goal of rapidly building leads, pipeline and revenue. The position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skills necessary to build the long-term vision for multi-touch customer journeys as well as the day-to-day operations of running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards performance KPIs.
This position requires solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills, and applicants should possess digital marketing skills with email, website, SEO, PPC, ABM, social media marketing and KPI development. You must be willing to collaborate with our team and other business units to achieve success.
Responsibilities
· Provide broad digital marketing support for the Hagerman marketing team across a variety of key functions, including:
· Email and landing page writing, design, buildout, and best practices
· Planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across relevant B2B channels
· Managing, updating, and optimizing the website, blog, and other digital presences using a data driven approach
· Understanding SEO and search marketing best practices, helping manage the SEO strategy, and contributing knowledge and writing skills for SEO optimization
· Planning, writing, and optimizing content for social media channels, with a focus on B2B
· Utilize HubSpot marketing automation platform to set up and track campaigns and audience behavior
- Report results weekly to internal and HQ team members
- Take initiative to develop and grow our brand by improving our online presence
· Target multiple personas, engage target accounts where they are in the buying journey
· Ensure that all campaigns are properly set up and executed, continuously analyze campaigns for performance and persistent results improvement
· Be maniacal about lead follow up and ROI on all programs
About You
In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and work directly with sales and technical staff to create compelling content and marketing programs to grow market awareness, brand message, and demand generation, enabling sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and flexible. They will have the ability to work with multiple roles across the organization and bring innovative ideas to the table.
You are a fit for this role if you are passionate about using broad modern digital marketing to accelerate revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to data-driven action. In addition, you should also possess:
Required Skills:
- 3+ year of digital marketing experience
· Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to craft a compelling narrative and develop campaign themes/concepts that will resonate with our prospective buyers and customers. This requires a talent for taking complex, technical topics and presenting them in clear, concise, and engaging language
· An analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable using analytics to measure every aspect of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities, and report on performance
· Proficient with MS Office and Adobe software
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction
· Collaborative and great team player
· Keen sense of ownership and work ethic
Desired Skills:
· Experience with a digital marketing toolset, including marketing automation (Hubspot experience is ideal), ZoomInfo, SEMRush, and Google-/Facebook-LinkedIn Ads
· Experience in B2B digital marketing. Experience in marketing CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM technologies is a huge plus
· Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and measuring effective lead nurture programs.
