Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with our IT Manager, providing day-to-day IT support and gaining hands-on experience in various IT systems and devices.

Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of our IT team, responsible for providing technical support to our office staff and field technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and Support: Assisting team members with IT-related issues, diagnosing problems through diagnostic techniques and questions, and determining the best solutions.
Vendor Management: Collaborating with the IT Manager to manage wireline and mobile carriers, phone systems, and telepresence vendors to ensure uninterrupted communication solutions.
Device Configuration: Setting up and configuring mobile devices and performing related tasks to facilitate efficient connectivity for our workforce.
Hardware Maintenance: Assisting in the setup and maintenance of computers to ensure optimal performance and security.
IT Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
User Administration: Supporting user accounts and user group administration to facilitate effective access control.
Documentation: Assisting in creating Standard Operating Procedures, helpdesk FAQs, and other guide documents to enhance IT support efficiency.
Peripheral Device Support: Troubleshooting and setting up peripheral devices, such as printers, to ensure seamless operations.
