We are looking for a Helpdesk Level 1 Technician to join our team to help support a global market leader experiencing explosive growth. You will contribute to the massive development of our company as a part of the hear.com IT Operations team with its multi-faceted tasks and direct impact. During a typical day you will...
Primarily work with the internal Helpdesk Team with all helpdesk related topics, from both on-site and home-based users
Onboard and log systems for company use
Maintain IT asset records and IT documentation
Assist the Helpdesk team and Systems Administrators with tasks related to IT Operations, to include infrastructure design implementation, regulatory compliance, systems logic, maintenance, and systems security (as assigned)
Various other duties may be assigned for the betterment of the company, as required
Support and extend user education related to established best-practices and company policies, pertaining to IT systems and process, and cyber security
You have…
A current or recently graduated Computer Science or Information Assurance/Security degree
A quick study and willing to learn and grow in the role
A passion for technology
Above-average knowledge of computer systems/networks
An excellent troubleshooter knowledge for different types of programs and devices
Certifications with Microsoft and/or networking technologies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A self-motivated attitude wanting to get things done
Above-average knowledge of MS Office 365, and MS Windows 10/11
Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022 experience which is a plus
Active Directory experience which is a plus
Experience with cloud technologies which is a plus
