About the job:
Royal Thai is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing including, but not limited to:
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Developing and executing marketing plans that include product launches, promotions, and events.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
- Analyzing data to determine the success of marketing campaigns.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to develop strategies and campaigns.
- Implementing marketing metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, conversion, and other metrics.
- Assisting in developing new products and services that align with business goals.
- Analyzing data from internal and external sources to determine performance, trends, opportunities for improvement, and future opportunities.
- Working with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns that will drive sales.
- Working with the sales team on new product development.
- Working with the customer service team on customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; customers, vendors, employees, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines; ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail; ability to manage time effectively; strong organizational skills; excellent time management skills; attention to detail; independent problem solving skills; strong analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including management and employees at all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
