Job Description - Marketing Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs that support sales, drive business growth, and leverage our strong brand presence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
Collaborate with the business teams to:
Develop marketing strategies and execution plans.
Provide marketing best practices and guidance to the organization.
Work with inside sales, outside sales, and sales operations teams to plan and execute cross-functional sales and marketing campaigns.
Lead the execution and day-to-day activities for marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Work closely with our distribution partners' sales and client marketing contacts to create effective and efficient marketing assets and programs focused on the growing demand for our products and services.
Develop marketing messages and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing programs and campaigns including digital, print, and video assets.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Direct marketing initiatives using Salesforce marketing automation (Pardot/Account Engagement) to manage, lead generation, contact scoring based on engagement, nurture campaigns, segmentation, email marketing cadences, trigger actions, etc.
Manage budget for marketing.
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimization accordingly.
Hold regular meetings with internal teams to review the pipeline and resolve challenges.
Attend and/or participate in conventions, conferences, and tradeshows.
Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing on all required campaign strategies and direction.
Partner with the product manager for new product launches and promotions to develop and implement campaigns.
Manage communication with outside partners including digital advertising agencies, Sales implementation partners, web development firms, and internal information system managers to ensure CRM, marketing automation, and internal systems are aligned and best support our business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather social media content.
Monitor marketing performance using relevant analytic tools. Prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.

The employee must have the manual ability to use a mouse, keyboard, and computer, the cognitive, intellectual, and mental functions necessary to handle more than one complex task at a time. The employee must lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is moderately quiet. This position may be a hybrid role with working at home and the varying conditions that relate. Some travel with overnight stays is required.

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or related title.
Minimum of 5 years experience with marketing automation, CRM, KPI analytics, market research, A/B testing, and digital marketing optimization.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar design software preferred not required.
Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong project management, decision-making skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
