Essential Responsibilities:
- Receiving, opening, and sorting of multiple daily shipments, comparing contents to data sheets, separating them out, and setting them forward on their respective testing processes.
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Proven data entry working experience
- Trustworthy attention to detail
- Ability and desire to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks as well as computer-based data entry and proofing
- Ability to adapt and problem solve when things don’t go according to plan
- Can recognize patterns and learn from them
- High computer literacy
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in English
