Job Summary:
The Senior Data Entry Clerk is responsible for assisting the Account Manager in day-to-day activities for their designated areas, while continuing to key important data into our different systems in order to efficiently process the received mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Aegis.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Communicating and delegating information as directed by Account Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with daily activities and delegation of daily duties
Data Entry
Key check information in to our database
Update addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
Flag documents that need to be removed or corrected
Following batches as needed
Maintain accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor
Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
1 year of data entry experience
35+ WPM - Typing

10lbs lifting requirement.
