Job Description
Applicants must be a highly productive team player with an upbeat personality, have customer service experience, have an excellent, professional telephone manner, be a quick thinker and have the ability to multi-task and work with little supervision.
Professional experience in computer data entry including knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs in particular Outlook, Access and Excel is necessary.
Working in our scheduling and dispatch department your daily responsibilities will include answering telephones, data entry, preparing reports, scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning and printing, responding to e-mails and generally assisting company representatives.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and be available for immediate start.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-$20 per hour starting rate depending on experience with increase upon successful completion of probationary period and training.
