Job Description
Job Location:
The office for this position is located at 1738 East Elm Street Jefferson City MO 65101.
Candidates who complete a successful onboarding and training period may be eligible to work at an alternate location in compliance with OA-ITSD's Distributed Workforce Plan.
Why you’ll love this position:
This is an entry-level applications development position where one will perform analysis, design, coding, and testing on multiple AEM Adaptive Forms and Adobe Forms, and Web API .NET applications. Work with Enterprise Software solutions developing applications and workflows. Perform maintenance, develop enhancements and process system change requests. Update system documentation including specification and design documents. Training, mentoring less experienced staff, and other duties as assigned.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Social Services (DSS).

What you’ll do:
Adobe AEM Adaptive Form - Workflow Development and Maintenance.
Adobe PDF Development and Maintenance.
Low-Code Software Solution Development.
Web API creation and maintenance.
System Development Life Cycle.
Electronic Content Management.
All you need for success:
The ability to quickly have an overall understanding of the business systems we support as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
The employee should be self-motivated with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good analytical skills and experience with .Net architecture,
Object-oriented principles.
Lead projects using an Agile Development style.
Have the ability to be innovative and present new ideas.
Adobe Forms.
Knowledge of .NET and C# is preferred.
Visual Studio.
Business Analysis.
Software Development Life Cycle.
Azure Dev Ops.
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
