Job Description
Established agile support company looking for a team player who is team oriented, and participate remotely in online team collaborations and support other end-users at multiple remote site. This team player will be part of a support team, that continuously learn new and implement/support solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to learn something and teach others what they learn each day. Interactive exchange online with other engineers in different regions is a must. Assist other engineers as you have bandwidth. Highly competent in Windows desktop, and Office Products. Will train but must have self motivation to be part of a team actively.
Other task and products are picked up by shadowing others.
Day to day tasks likely to include:
Monitor Antivirus logs and reports. Manage incidents and remediate as needed or coordinate with global support team in different regions to address Anti-Virus alerts/remediation.
Support a single location in Joplin onsite while also participating with other IT team members that are remotely. Helping others or asking others to help engage to address your local site to resolve issues.
Login into MS Teams to collaborate with other Technicians, monitor a few ticketing systems regarding Desktop issues or user issues and being that IT customer service to help them get their issues resolved.
Setting up, managing, and training users with basic IT security awareness via TEAMS or ZOOM training.
Managing printer and file share access when needed.
Hands on support of end users as needed.
Candidate must be self motivated and can also self driven to actively seek to learn and support other team member if they are not busy. Successful individual will be able to engage with their team collaborate via TEAMS and show contribution to the team.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and there is an excellent opportunity for permanent employment. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience in the technologies and tasks listed above.'
