Job Description
CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established and growing real estate company, is currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team at Villages of Cross Creek. The Property Manager will be responsible for a property of 192 apartment homes. Previous experience is required for this position. The Property Manager has a wide-ranging level of responsibility and duties to maximize occupancy and ensure property values are met. The Property Manager is accountable for all property operations to include; assist in the formulation of budgets for each calendar year, implementing and monitoring plans related to the financial performance of the property, as well as, staying within the established budget guidelines. The Property Manager will also assist in the collection of rent, enforcing policies and procedures when it comes to delinquent collection of rent and follow through for the eviction process and collection accounts. The manager will be able to identify any and all opportunities to increase income and/or reduce operating costs with the approval of the Regional Vice President. The manager will be able to meet monthly and weekly reporting deadlines that provide valuable information for weekly reports on the overview of the asset. Effective communication is required to establish a working relationship with residents, prospects, vendors and employees. The property manager will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of new employees and have the ability to supervise existing employees, in all employee relations, and maintain a good team rapport and efficient working environment. Duties include walking units, reviewing and approving lease files, maintaining high level of customer service, monitor maintenance activity, maintain awareness of market/industry conditions, etc. Candidates will work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple interruptions therefore strong organization and communication skills are preferred. Experience with RealPage/OneSite, preferred, but not required.
