As Stemilt’s Data Entry Clerk you are charged with providing administrative and customer support to our worker’s compensation claims department. This position is key to the successful administration of worker’s compensation claims and providing excellent service to our Stemilters. This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it’s required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, i n addition to supporting and maintaining Workers Compensation practices in alignment with the overall organizational strategy. Extreme confidentiality and amazing interpersonal skills a must .
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with the intake and processing of new worker’s compensation claims
Conduct customer service calls to injured workers and healthcare providers
Prepare and organize electronic files for claims
Provide general administrative support to the claims team, including data entry, filing, and responding to emails
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality related to all aspects of the position.
Maintain a positive attitude and be a supportive team member.
Contribute to the team and the Company in various other ways when requested or required.

Experience:
Experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with worker’s compensation processes and procedures is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications
Excellent customer service skills a must
Qualifications:
Six months of education and/or related experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Ability to multitask with numerous interruptions.
Good team player with a firm commitment to the company’s success.
Flexible and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required.
Exceptionally strong communications skills: ability to speak effectively before a large group of employees.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
