Data Entry Assistant*
The Data Entry Assistant is a vital part of the Maintenance Department that supports our TITAN Technology in the Shop and the Field. They are responsible for updating, filling, and maintaining all Maintenance, DOT, and Purchasing records related to BJ's award-winning and industry-leading equipment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities*
- Report directly to the maintenance manager
- Understands / Participates in all BJ Safety / Quality / Standard procedures.
- Ensure maintenance personnel is supplied with all current documentation required for types of repairs / PM Inspections.
- Ensure all submitted documentation is reviewed / fully completed with all required information and all documentation is translated into EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) in an accurate professional manner to capture as much data as possible.
- All documentation is scanned/attached to the EAM work order (Registrations/floor copies / PM sheets / Invoices / CCW). Store all required documents in unit files as per OS 21.
- Responsible for ensuring basin equipment registrations/permits / required reporting compliance. (IFTA/IRP/PRO RATE / 2290 / registration / cab cards / Insurance / License plates.)
- Enter truck report daily in EAM and give to Maintenance Lead to review if work order should be opened; once received back, enter any work orders noted by the leader should be able to be done within the same day.
- Responsible for all basin-related equipment registration and location compliance

Qualifications*
High School or equivalent education
One year of related work experience
Effective verbal and written communication
Highly proficient with computer-related tasks, such as:
- Printing
- Scanning
- MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Experience with DOT rules and regulations
Experience with Maintenace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.97 - $19.24 per hour
