Program Manager
Inspire Georgia
The Program Manager will ensure holistic, culturally competent services for unaccompanied minors in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The Program Manager will support and be responsible for assisting the Program Director with the development, daily implementation, supervision, and coordination of program services and will serve as the secondary liaison with ORR.

Ensures ongoing compliance with state licensing regulation, ADA, and all regulatory requirements and reports unsanitary or unsafe conditions.
Meets regularly with program staff to coordinate activities, address issues, resolve problems, and review program goals and objectives.
Reports to Executive Director of Children and Family Services
Located in Atlanta, GA
Mostly Virtual/Remote with some on-site required, Travel (0 25%)
Monday through Friday; 8:30AM 5:00PM
Annual Compensation is $80,000/annum.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight and assistance of facilitating and/or coordinating staff trainings in accordance with ORR requirements, state licensing standards, and Inspiritus/Inspire Georgia's policies and procedures.
Assists with planning and implementing cultural experiences for children, including holidays and other culturally appropriate celebrations.
Provides an on-call plan that assures appropriate staff members are available to offer back up care to staff and respond to community emergencies.
Evaluates the program's effectiveness, modifies services according to agency needs, and generates and discusses new ideas for improving the agencys total program.
Assesses the needs of staff and provides support, encouragement, and guidance to staff members as necessary.
Conducts quarterly peer reviews of records in compliance with the agency's Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI)/Quality Assurance (QA) activities and prepares and submits reports and statistical data when necessary.
Remains available for other duties as assigned or requested by the Program Director of Inspire Georgia.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science plus five years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency.
Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Extended Reach, electronic databases.
Must have the ability to communicate with all people in a culturally competent manner and be sensitive to the service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Ability to take initiative and work within a team and independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team building and leadership skills.
Must possess the competencies/skills and knowledge required to do the job and maintain a positive attitude while completing challenging work.
Must have a personal vehicle, valid Georgia Driver's license, personal auto insurance, and a good driving record.
Must pass a comprehensive background check, including work references, OIS fitness determination, and MVR check.
This position requires primary residence within the state of Georgia.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear. Required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and controls: and reach with hands and arms. Required to operate personal vehicle.
Employees frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
