Quick-Service Restaurant District Manager
Are you a take control, multi-unit restaurant professional that can be instrumental in the growth and expansion of a major restaurant concept on a national level?
If this is you, we need your restaurant District Manager experience to help us to continue to move forward nationally. We are interviewing for a Quick Service Restaurant District Manager position in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
The ideal Restaurant District Manager candidate qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in Restaurant Multi-Unit leadership, District Manager role
Experience in a mainstream or corporate restaurant environment is a plus
Must demonstrate a track record of leading sales growth and quality/safety standards
Must be a dedicated planner and organizer…experienced in developing annual business plans for each restaurant
Must be effective at interpersonal and conflict resolution and people developer
Must be a proven trainer and team builder
Solid, logical career progression into current position
Must have a “lightening rod” personality and leadership style

Responsibilities include:
- The District Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all restaurant General Managers and their management team members to ensure the brand standards are being met
- The District Manager is also responsible for the coaching and training of restaurant General Mangers on a monthly basis with the goal of optimizing profitability & strengthening operational performance
- The District Manager is also responsible for meeting the defined financial and guest service goals of their territory
- In addition, he/she is responsible for communicating and documenting issues, such as policies and procedures compliance, Operational improvements, and general marketing practices
