Brand Manager
Job Description
Dillard's is looking for a Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of the company’s brand strategy, including developing and implementing marketing plans, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and executing on the company’s brand safety initiatives. This is an independent position with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with digital marketing (social media, email, display ads) preferred.
- Experience with data analytics (customer behavior, conversion rates, customer engagement) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Responsibilities:
·Developing and executing on company’s brand safety initiatives including but not limited to: advertising campaigns, social media posts, website content and digital ads, email communications, signage placement on company vehicles/toys line, etc..
·Developing marketing plans that align with the company’s brand strategy. This includes: sales plans for new product launches and new customer acquisition strategies. Marketing plan implementation by managing the delivery of these plans to internal teams including but not limited to: advertising campaigns, signage placement on company vehicles/toys line etc..
·Conducting market research studies on consumer attitudes towards the company's products or services related to its safety initiatives. This includes conducting interviews with consumers about their experiences using the products or services related to its safety initiatives. This includes conducting research through various online sources such as social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook as well as conducting telephone surveys via web-based surveys such as Gallup or Harris Interactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
