Job Description
We are looking for a strong, revenue growth-oriented leader to become our new Regional Manager opening and overseeing 3 boutique fitness studios in addition to our present Stretch Lab Studio. Do you have experience driving growth in the fitness industry? Are you looking for a fun and dynamic work environment? Do you have presale experience?
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through overseeing all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of all staff. We recently opened a Stretch Lab studio and plan to open another Stretch Lab and two Rumble fitness studios in the Huntsville/Madison Alabama area. You will organize and participate in local events, create a thriving fitness community through your positive presence both inside and outside the studio. You will ensure that growth targets are hit; that the studios provide a great experience for members, and customer service standards are upheld. You must have a strong background in marketing, revenue growth, membership sales, creating local communities, and be team-oriented to drive the overall energy in the studios for sales and service.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee All Operations of Stretch Lab and Rumble Fitness Studios in Huntsville & Madison, Alabama area
· Drive Lead Generation, Membership Sales and Retention
● Responsible for overall lead generation goals, leading to increased membership sales
● Manage lead flow and sales processes, ensuring all leads are followed up on in a timely manner
● Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
● Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and goals
● Manage and grow all revenue streams including Memberships, Retail and Workshops
● Manage studio budget, spending, and reporting with full P&L responsibility
● Create and execute ongoing marketing plan based on studio needs with a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty
● Schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic
● Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor all studio staff
● Support the Lead Flex to recruit, hire, onboard, coordinate training, and terminate flexologists
● Manage maintenance issues, inventory and cleaning
● Participate in studio, regional and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed
● Work closely with Studio Owner to ensure health and profitability of the studio
● Social media management
Requirements:
● 5+ years of fitness sales & management experience
● Experience supervising people and growing teams successfully
● Proven experience in generating and following up on leads
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and workshops
● Strong background in local Marketing including Social Media management
● Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
● Strong customer service skills
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
● Solid writing and grammar skills
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.
May be required to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at a time. May be required to reach with handsand arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone

Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
