OneWater Marine/Revver Digital's marketing and strategy team is seeking a Brand Specialist to help with connecting our clients and creating consistent brand messaging that will promote growth and generate leads. The candidate will assist in the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
The candidate will provide project marketing support for various marketing programs and initiatives. As a Brand Specialist with OneWater Marine/Revver Digital, you will have the opportunity to play a role in the growth and evolvement of existing client, product, and marketplace branding while helping to create alignment that will promote growth and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
Brand strategy:
Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to gather content ideas to be incorporated into social media strategies and campaigns.
Curate effective brand strategies for Revver Digital, our dealerships, and marketplaces. From taglines to social media ads, the brand specialist will help create clarity and alignment around each brand.
Assist with developing short and long-term brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Support the organization’s brand strategy development and follow best practices.
Monitor and analyze leads and sales performance to inform future strategy.
Help to track the ROI on marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Content strategy:
Assist in building content strategies that educate specific demographics about each brand and its products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop internal creatives and execute strategies that deliver content such as social media content, videos, digital ads, website content, blogs, and more.
Work with graphic designers and copywriters to bring compelling stories to life through creatives, social media, sponsored ads, emails, print media, website landing pages, and more.
Support internal creative workstream as a copywriter when needed.
Support internal creative workstream as a social media specialist when needed.
Requirements:
Specialized Skills (not required but preferred):
Track record of participating in successful marketing campaigns that lead to sales growth.
A clear understanding of the strategic nature of branding.
Experience with all social media platforms.
Knowledge of the marine industry is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Works well in teams and independently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve, take initiative, and think outside the box
High-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Intermediate understanding of CRM software.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of related work experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the marine industry.
