Job Description
Job Title: Computer Support Associate I (Infrastructure Engineer)
Pay rate: Open for discussion
Duration: 08/21/2023 to 08/21/2026
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Moline, IL, 61265
The position will provide onsite Infrastructure support through performing the following duties:
Job Duties:
Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.
Updating assets in ServiceNow, following KB articles for problem resolution, and following unit specific processes.
Scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, updating data records, and interacting with suppliers.
Performing trouble shooting by following KB article to resolve end user tickets.
Meeting support/equipment maintenance
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
Knowledge of computer security policies and a general overall knowledge of computer security concepts.
1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered
Education Requirements:
Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - High School or secondary diploma or equivalent
Additional Information:
This is a First Shift, ONSITE position
OT/weekend/On-call work is possible, but not often required
Some driving to other Quad City area locations is possible if additional support coverage is needed (less than 5% of the time)
