The Content Development Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating development of accurate training content within a Chrome-based Digital Adoption Platform.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Create and maintain training/onboarding content, tasks lists, instruction flows and user guides in a collaborative efforts with Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Assess training needs through built-in extension analytics, surveys, interviews, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of training content, developed in the Digital Adoption Platform
Organize training procedure manuals, guides, course materials including videos
Maintains records of training activities, attendance and completion, and ongoing training requirements
Work with stakeholders and SMEs to determine additional training needs and resources to meet adoption goals for the platform
Solicits input from all stakeholders regarding matters affecting their participation, including the content and structure of trainings, to validate alignment of initiatives

Required High School Diploma
Associates degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Instruction Design/Technology preferred
Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 required
At least two years of related experience required
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
