Mission
Reeves Construction Company is currently in search of a Staff Accountant to support various accounting functions. This position is an entry-level learning role to support the regional accounting functions. This position has a clear career path with plenty of room for growth.
Main Responsibilities
Support Regional Accounting on a variety of accounting functions as assigned by the Regional Controller
Weekly calculation/processing of information/transactions across a variety of systems
Cost coding various transactions
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Provide analysis to other members of management vital to the decision-making
Assist with monthly fiscal close reporting
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP and IFRS)
Effective written and oral communications skills
Strong analytical skills/experience with accurate reconciliation
Good knowledge and efficient use of entire MS Office suite of applications (MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS One Note)
Ability to learn a variety of systems with ease
Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunity
