Description:
The Data Entry Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support by performing several data entry tasks and implementing receptionist duties to assure exceptional customer service to all external and internal customers. The Data Entry Receptionist must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the organization’s systems.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Classification: Non-Exempt, Full Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, route to the correct individual and/or respond to inquiries.
Assist walk-in customers.
Ensure the Print Production Order documentation is correct according to customer expectations and requirements.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
Other duties assigned as needed.

Team orientated attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface at all levels of internal and external organization.
Attention to detail.
Strong organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Graduate/GED
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Experience with ERP software is highly preferred.
Proficient in using computer applications and data entry software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
