Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Software Delivery Manager to oversee the timely delivery of our core business applications. In this role, you will work closely with our product manager and development team to ensure that we are delivering the best possible product to our business partners. You will play a pivotal role in setting the structure for product delivery and holding teams accountable for success. You will also be responsible for managing the risks and issues that arise during product development and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status. You will work closely with our Product Manager and development teams to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensure that development projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Essential Functions
Ensure scrum teams are completing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Organize prioritized work, provide forecasting and timeline estimates for completion to the business.
Coach members of the product delivery, scrum teams and business operations to ensure buy-in, understanding of best practices and ways to improve the product delivery process.
Collaborate with Product Manager to support release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to stakeholders.
Support teams by identifying and removing impediments and interruptions to team productivity.
Conduct training sessions as needed to teach and explain agile methodologies.
Facilitate and lead all scrum ceremonies.
Promote continuous improvement within teams.

Position Type/Expected hours worked
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years previous experience in similar role
A deep understanding of various agile methodologies and how to apply them
Proven experience in delivering digital products and projects
A blend of business and technical backgrounds
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience working in a technology environment
