INTERNATIONAL AUTO PROCESSING, INC.
Data Entry / Parts Clerk JD
At International Auto Processing LLC, the Data Entry / Parts Clerk will order all warranty and body shop parts daily.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate the receiving, storing, issuing and direct exchanges for all warranty and body shop parts.
Use various computer systems provided by the customers and update IAP computer systems with similar information.
Maintain an accurate filing system for easy research and retrieval of information.
Assist in establishing and maintaining effective communications with all departments.
Enter customer-supplied and warranty parts receipts into AS400, all parts daily receipts, issue and direct exchanges for warranty and body shop parts.
Maintain customer-supplied parts receipt file.
Assist with the parts counter when needed.
Ship all return requested parts and maintain shipping log.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid US Driver’s License
Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification
Extensive working knowledge of computers
2+ years of experience in a clerical field
Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person, or through written communication
Ability to communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Must possess problem-solving abilities and be detail oriented
Physical Working Attributes:
Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs
Operate a forklift
Periodically exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects, and other conditions
