Job Description
This position will support the Dealer Services Department with data entry and data processing. Other duties will include the auditing and verification of contracts as well as office support such as answering phone lines and general clerical duties.
Basic Responsibilities
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Compare data with documents, or re-enter data to detect errors.
Check documents for accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service to dealers calling the support line.
Perform basic clerical duties including: filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, faxing
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills using common internet browsers and email
Bilingual English / Spanish
High School graduate
