What You’ll Do
Key player in the development, implementation and maintenance of a strategic reporting platform and framework for Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) using Hadoop, Hive, and Impala along with Tableau
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing a suite of operational metrics
Implement automated solutions and data quality controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, visibility, and quality of data
Create, maintain & enhance regular, periodic & ad hoc Management Information (MI) reports and Tableau Dashboards
Keep abreast of new rules, regulations, and reputation risks to develop, assist in the implementation and revision of current policies & procedures
Keep abreast of reporting technologies to drive efficiency and automation within the current AFC reporting landscape
Skills You’ll Need
Relevant years of work experience in the financial, compliance, legal, regulatory and/or data driven industry or comparable course work
Experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau), computer science, database design, ETL processes and data mining, knowledge in using statistical programming languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or financial data systems
Knowledge of AML laws (USA PATRIOT Act), Regulations (Fed, SEC, FINRA) and their application to the supported products/business lines,
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and teamwork awareness

Able to communicate issues to Senior Management in an effective manner
