Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and other IT infrastructure on government classified systems in our Colorado Springs, Colorado office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to validate requirements and design infrastructure for processing all levels of classified systems in support of various Space Force projects.
Typical infrastructures will include enclosed LANs and External classified network access. Candidate will be responsible for keeping system configured in compliance with accreditation packages, running required audits of the systems, and maintaining user accounts.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years professional experience
- Vulnerability Management experience
- Cisco switch/router configuration experience
- Experience with STIG implementation for Windows
- Expertise with Microsoft Active Directory administration, GPO, and PowerShell
- Security+ certification
- Ability to obtain a DOD 8570 IAT II Level Cybersecurity Certification no later than six months from your hire date.
- Experience working with Government Classified systems
- Experience with iSCSI SAN Storage
- AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining a DevOps environment
- Experience working with Government Classified systems in contractor facilities
- Experience working with Secret systems at contractor facilities
- Secret Clearance with the ability to be upgraded to TS/SCI level
- Capable of managing, installing, and utilizing security applications like Splunk, SCC, and ACAS as directed by ISSO
