Job Description
360 Live Media is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate is resourceful and passionate about helping nonprofit organizations attract new members and drive attendees to events.
360 Live Media is an event strategy, marketing, and design agency that helps membership organizations maximize their impact and advance their mission. What You Will Do:
Develop digital marketing strategies focused on attracting attendees to conferences/events or increasing membership for associations
Identify target audiences and develop digital marketing plans with specific objectives across a variety of marketing channels and segments for assigned clients
Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, email, social media, retargeting display advertising, web, and SEO/SEM
Partner with creative and account teams to ensure marketing deliverables adhere to the overall client brand and strategy
Develop a deep and thorough understanding of all aspects of assigned clients, specifically marketing objectives and goals
Lead marketing meetings, creative brainstorms, and workshops, internally and with assigned clients
Track and report marketing results against approved KPIs and extract key insights in order to optimize campaign performance
Participate in 360 Live Media business development and marketing efforts, including maintaining our social media presence across all platforms, curating valuable and engaging content for our website and blog, and managing updated agency marketing materials via website pages and updates, digital ads, case studies, emails, and invitations to events
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, including developing marketing plans and managing campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing and project management software such as marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar), social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar), project management tools (Monday.com, Wrike, Teamwork, or similar)
Preferred qualifications include one or more of the following:
Previous experience working at a marketing agency
Proven success executing tradeshow, event and/or membership marketing campaigns
Familiarity with the association/professional society/membership organization space
