As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews using platforms such as Indeed.
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for open positions.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive the necessary training and resources.
- Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the administration of HR contracts and documentation related to employment agreements.
- Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
