The Accounts Payable Assistant job in Nobleboro, Maine is responsible for handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assisting with cashiering and transactions as needed. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to organize and maintain all financial data via a computer. This is a full time position that is Monday-Friday.
Accounts Payable Assistant Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Accounts payable experience
Ability to multitask
Comfortable using MS Office
Experience with digital filing and organizing
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
Ability to work in an office setting and adhere to business casual attire
Positive attitude in the workplace
Strong attention to detail
Required Skills:
1+ years accounts payable experience
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years cash handling experience
Accounts Payable Assistant Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 730am-4pm
Pay Rate: $19-21/hr
Start Date: ASAP
