Job Summary
No experience necessary. In lieu of job experience, applicants are expected to possess a good work ethic, critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply logic and reason in everyday problem-solving situations. Must work well with and without supervision and be able to adapt to the company's business culture and winning corporate philosophy.
Discretion and longtime loyalty to the company is rewarded. Starting pay $42,000 per year for the first year, with a pay increase to $64,000 after the first year, and annual salary increases of $3,000 per year until max salary of $128,000 is achieved.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES RELOCATION TO TEXAS
Relocation assistance will be provided and a $2,000 sign on bonus to cover relocation costs will be paid ($1,000 upon hiring, $1,000 after two weeks)
FULL TIME RESIDENCY ON THE COMPANY'S GATED CAMPUS IS REQUIRED. (it is a non-smoking facility and no outside pets are permitted) A fully furnished private suite at the company's Executive Residence will be provided and all meals are included. Clothing / Uniform allowance will also be provided.
No vehicle or transportation is required. All training and work areas are located within short walking distance on the company's fenced and gated West Houston Campus.
About the Job:
- Assist with day-to-day executive operations and office duties.
- Light housekeeping duties and meal prep at the Executive Residence and office areas
- Participate in paid company physical fitness program and healthy diet plan and maintain a basic minimum fitness level.
- Participate in Cross-training in all areas of the company and be able to hire and train new employees as the company expands.
- Willingness to adjust duties and work schedule as required to support the needs of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education/Experience: Highschool Diploma, GED, or life experience that demonstrates the ability to meet acceptable levels of literacy and educational potential.
Language Ability: Must speak English as your native language and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Physical Ability: The ability to occasionally lift 35 lb. loads (equivalent to a case of bottled water) from the floor, to a waist height table, without assistance is required. Walking, standing, and sitting at a desk for periods of time is also required. Applicants MUST be able to walk a distance of one mile (1.6 km) in under 26 minutes, unassisted; to demonstrate the fitness level required to perform this job safely and comfortably.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
