Job Description
This is a differant working senerio... We are a growing small home based Excavation and underground utility installation construction company based in San Diego. This position is for a Construction Administrative/ Personal Assistant to President and CEO. This position is working remote from Jacksonville area home office why we continue work on the West Coat and open up work here in Florida. Must be comfortable working in a home office setting and able to pass a background check (No violent felonies). Must like pets.
Tasks:
No limited too: Typing up Project Estimates on QB, Work remotely with President on projects bids, Project Schedueling, New Customer on boarding documents, Invoicing, managing of project files and communication between the customer on a daily bases. Answering calls, filtering incoming email or phone traffic.
Qualifications:
Must be self motivated and organized. Digital filing skills a must. Online Quickbook Experience, MS Word and Excel knowledge. Use of PDF and all it components. Outlook, dropbox, use of numerous platforms for video meetings. Some Knowledge of Construction would be nice and not affraid to get dirty when needed to go on a jobsite. Must be able to work from home from time to time when I travel.
