ABOUT STUDENT LIFE
The Student Life team oversees the growth and development of students outside the classroom. Student Life staff members work within and across teams focused on residential life and Minerva community development, civic engagement and city/cultural immersion, mental health and wellbeing, and professional development of students to prepare them for post-graduation employment or graduate and professional school. These teams are unified by a shared goal of providing and/or supporting opportunities for integrated learning for our diverse and global student community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys data and organization. This role will ensure the smooth operation of the student life unit by supporting staff and students around the globe.
Support all city teams with global rotation documentation and process including collaboration with Registrar and Bursar on verification documentation, and with Student Services on relevant Student Life Prepare modules
Update, audit, and create Student Life myMinerva pages
Manage, update and track student data including city based data, compliance education participation, and survey results
Maintain and share, as appropriate, accurate students information records with staff for, compliance, operational, and administrative needs
Provide data and reports on current and historical student rotations, residential information, etc.
Coordinate student life communications across multiple platforms including Portal, Aerogami, and myMinerva
Create and provide administrative oversight for students transitioning from admitted to enrolled status
Collaborate with student services coordinator to update prepare modules
Interface with partners to confirm and understand processes in collaboration with the city directors
Review and respond to general student life email/portal questions
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions or changes to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization
