Job Description
Business Development and Corporate Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, self-driven Business Development and Corporate Account Manager to help us expand our customer base. This role will be the face of the company with dedication and responsibilities to develop and implement an effective sales strategy and implementation plan. The goal of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing customers. The region of focus will be primarily in the Permian and Eagle Ford basins with potential in other key regions across the United States. This role is focused within the oil and gas space, primarily in completion.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify areas for potential customers and actively pursue new relationships.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives.
- Research the latest trends in the industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Strong understanding of company products or services
- Ability to position product portfolio to excess customers' expectations.
- Provide competitive feedback to enable improvement and enhancements to portfolio.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Proven sales record
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk)
- Oilfield knowledge and market understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Time management and planning skills
- BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
