Job Description
Perimeter Surgery Center of Atlanta has an opportunity for a OR Manager with our outpatient surgery team. We are a busy multi-specialty outpatient surgery center performing orthopedics, spine, plastics, ENT, general and interventional pain with 5 ORs and 1 procedure room. No holidays, no weekends and 8 paid holidays provided (not taken from PTO bank). Excellent benefits through Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), great culture and teamwork. Monday - Friday, no weekends.
Education, Experience, and Licensure:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of 1 year OR charge/supervisor/manager experience required. Able to circulate multiple specialties. Current state licensure to practice. Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS)/Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS/BCLS certification.

- Demonstrates continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based upon age-specific needs utilizing a developmental perspective.
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position in patient care duties. \*

- Completes all documentation to ensure the availability of accurate and up to date information in accordance with established standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
