The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonary West clinic located on the St. Vincent Medical Center campus in SW Portland. This position will work Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5PM (or as shift needs). Duties include rooming patients, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, injections, Pulmonary Function Testing, collecting specimens, scheduling, managing incoming and outgoing patient phone calls, providing excellent patient care and other duties as assigned. Successful candidate will be personable, dependable, organized, detail oriented, strong at multitasking, and dedicated to high quality patient care. New Grads Welcome to apply.
Level and pay depend on experience: $21.13 - $28.59 per hour.
8 Paid Holidays, No Weekends and Day Shift Hours
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Requirements:
New grads welcome to apply, must be Certified within 90 days.
Pulmonary Function Testing experience preferred
Current healthcare provider CPR certification required
Prior EMR experience strongly preferred
Ability to work independently or in a team setting
Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
