Job Description
INTRO
LawHQ is a nationwide class action law firm. Our legal work focuses exclusively on tracking down and suing telephone spammers.
We have our own iOS and Android app (called CallerHQ) that lets users report calls, text messages, and voicemails as spam. The spam shows up in a proprietary back office that our investigators, paralegals, and attorneys use.
LawHQ has been operating for 4 years now. LawHQ currently has a team of 20 people, which includes attorneys, paralegals, investigators, and engineers. We have a growing caseload and are looking to expand our team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Interacting with clients by call, email, and text message
- Answering client questions
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing documents
- Filing documents with the federal courts PACER system
- Collaborating with other LawHQ attorneys and paralegals
- Calendaring new events based based on docket updates
- Locating local court rules to verify filings are in compliance
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

OVERVIEW OF WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a fully remote position from your own home or office. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The successful candidate will be an at-will employee of LawHQ, with an expected starting salary between $35K - $40K. At this time, LawHQ does not offer medical benefits, but offers as its primary benefits unlimited paid time off, flexible work hours, and the ability to work from home.
