Job Description
OFFICE MANAGER
Price Gregory International and Conam Construction Company are currently recruiting for Office Manager positions for North Slope pipeline/facility work. Prior experience in large construction projects is preferred.
Primary duties include accounting functions, invoicing, onboarding new employees, payroll, cost reporting, change management, and supervision of administrative staff as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe or Bluebeam .pdf software required.
All room and board is provided at North Slope jobsites. All travel is provided between Anchorage/Fairbanks and the job site. Typical North Slope workday is 600am-600pm, 7 days per week. Typical North Slope shift length varies between 3 weeks on 3 weeks off up to 6 weeks on 2 weeks off depending on project length and requirements.
