Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Serena & Lily is a direct-to-consumer, luxury home furnishings company with headquarters in Sausalito, California, and Design Shops in eighteen cities (and counting!). We are seeking a curious self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house media programs and taking on significant direct ownership responsibility. Our ideal candidate is inspired by looking under the hood and tinkering with data to uncover insights and loves having the agency to quickly put those discoveries into action. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-today management of Serena & Lily’s digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search (SEM), paid social, display, video, and search optimization (SEO) campaigns. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Analyst will be integral in building holistic marketing reporting dashboards and should be interested in honing their data science skills. The Digital Marketing Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to help grow these channels with a focus on acquisition and growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute paid ad setup, QC, and optimization across networks (Google, Bing, Meta, and Pinterest, etc.) with an eye towards acquisition, and incrementally boost share of search traffic and conversion
Responsible for daily budget pacing & monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
Provide weekly channel performance reporting with actionable insights to inform optimizations using platform data, Sigma, Excel, Looker, SQL, and Google Analytics
Create and maintain holistic marketing dashboards that merge marketing and overall business data to fuel enhanced insights
On a regular and ad hoc basis, uncover insights and make recommendations to channel leaders to achieve business goals and make campaign improvements
Research paid advertising competitive landscape and report findings to the larger team
Collaborate and maintain relationships with critical external media partners
Liaise with Content, Social, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify marketing coverage
QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of performance marketing experience (paid search, SEO, social, video, and/or display a plus)
Owned at least one performance marketing channel budget and was responsible for that channel’s performance outcomes
Curiosity and a desire to learn

An interest in data science and a passion for using data to make decisions

Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in SQL and BI tools is a plus
Enjoys interior design and an interest in the home furnishings industry is a plus
COMPENSATION:
$70-90K depending on experience
