Job Description
Job Scope:
Support Channel Marketing Manager to implement impactful growth initiatives in the US and Canadian market to increase sales and share. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking growth initiatives, timelines, aiding with the development of new collateral materials, enhancement and maintenance of product education materials in-store and online. Additionally, this role will support the coordination and preparation of tradeshows and customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Channel Manager to support channel initiatives and projects.
Partner with Sales, Product Managers, shared services, and other departments to coordinate Channel Marketing projects, initiatives, and timelines including developing creative briefs to ease collaboration.
Assist Channel Manager, Product Managers and Sales to create in-store collateral, stack-outs, and other in-store marketing support.
Develop and coordinate online product and marketing content in collaboration with Digital Marketing.
Coordinate the planning and implementation of trade shows and events, including the ordering, packing, shipment and set up of goods.
Lead requests and edits of graphic jobs in Work Front (software/creative management system).
Coordinate and follow-up on account project lists and communicate status of project to all involved parties.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Visual Merchandising, Sales, and Sales Operations to support product launches.
Assist Channel Manager to create marketing memos to communicate specific channel marketing initiatives to implement in field.
Prepare show programs, presentations by researching, gathering, sorting, organizing information and data with various departments.
Support the collection of market research, comp shops, retailer requirements.
Attend customer meetings and tradeshows as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
3+ yrs. of responsibility in marketing
Excellent attention to detail
Results-oriented, with strong organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task
An analytical and data-based approach when making decisions, including presenting findings to cross functional teams
Strong storytelling skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of sophisticated features of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Solid understanding of key functions of SAP including data pulling, report building
Ability to conduct research and translate results into impactful strategies
Ability to identify and interpret market trends and analytics
