Our products can be found at major sporting events, music concerts, fairs & festivals, charity events, amusement parks, waterparks, resorts, cruises, family entertainment venues, casinos, in bars, nightclubs, daycare centers schools and hospitals and many more locations. The Accounting Coordinator Position is an Entry level role. Prefect for someone looking to gain great experience in accounting with an amazing company. A degree in accounting is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice Customers
Enter credit card payments into ERP for in-house orders
Enter Credit Payments for Amazon Non-FBA Orders
Entry of Credit Memo’s
Accounts Receivable email and phone calls
Update of Purchase Order Pricing In ERP System
Invoicing of Silicone Orders
Run A/R aging weekly and monitor unapplied payments
Enter Inventory Accounts Payable invoices after proper approval has been obtained
Maintain electronic and hard copy records
Answer and research customer, supplier, and internal inquiries
Greet visitors in a hospitable, professional manner
A/R Collections as needed
Filing of Payables Invoices
Tracking of Fixed Asset Purchases
Website Customer Acct. Monitoring & Manual Matching
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Monthly Check & Incoming Wire Reconciliation
Other duties may be assigned
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS
Timely responses to all forms of communication, including but not limited to email and voice mail.
Report all accidents and follow all safety and hazard communication procedures
Perform all other duties as directed by management.
Maintain a professional/friendly relationship with all of our customers and represent Artemax in a positive manner. All employees are required to contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and understand that every role contributes to the success of our business by the satisfaction of our customers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Documentation, reporting, organization, data-entry, telephone skills, customer relations, listening and verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, mid-level computing skills with PC and windows, dependability and emotional control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and regular attendance.
