Job Description
The Education Marketing Manager - Online and Continuing Education is responsible for developing, enhancing, and deploying all areas of marketing for educational endeavors outside of the traditional in person undergraduate and seminary/graduate school venues.
Essential Functions

Develop and implement nuanced and comprehensive marketing strategies for Moody Undergraduate Online, Moody Nontraditional Continuing Education, and Moody Theological Seminary online that promote their educational programs, services, and partnerships to prospective students, parents, churches, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the VP of Undergraduate School, Dean of Educational Initiatives and the VP of the Seminary and Graduate School to make final decisions as it relates to the marketing efforts for each of these venues.
Work with the Marketing Business Intelligence Team to apply market research to identify trends and assess the competitive landscape to develop effective education marketing campaigns.
In cooperation with the Deans of these educational groups, the Dean of Student Enrollment Services, and the Chief Marketing Officer, develop a comprehensive, creative, and effective education marketing and communications strategy that addresses areas such as photography, brochures, videos, websites, radio spots, email campaigns, collaborative projects with other groups at Moody, and social media campaigns for all venues outside of traditional in person undergraduate and seminary students.
Create and manage budgets for education marketing initiatives.
Work as the liaison between these educational groups and Moody’s Marketing Social Media Manager and Specialist to collaboratively develop social media posts.
Work as the liaison between these groups and the Marketing Digital Experience Manager to ensure web content is current, focused on nontraditional learners, and remains relevant to this audience.
Work as the liaison between the nontraditional groups and the Chief Development Officer to design marketing to share with potential donors, to expand the visibility of and funding for the programs that are available for individuals and churches.
Work with the IT Web Technologies Director to monitor website traffic and to adjust website content and education marketing plans based on this data.
Develop weekly reports and adjust strategies as necessary.
Stay up to date on emerging marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into Moody’s education marketing efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Over five years of professional experience in marketing
Experience with multiple forms of digital marketing
Experience with using data to inform marketing strategies.
Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tell compelling stories across various marketing mediums.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work in the US legally without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience working at a large Christian university in their online or nontraditional school.

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
