Job Summary
The mission of the Marketing Loyalty Specialist is to provide reward services and support to J&J establishments. This role is responsible for administrative, operational, and analytical aspects of the Player PAYBACK® loyalty program. They will assist in engagement and retention to drive game play.
Job Responsibilities
Support the Loyalty team in planning and execution of loyalty program elements that are designed to retain and engage Player PAYBACK® patrons.
Prepare program reporting and distribution of reports to key stakeholders.
Work within Mobile Device Management software.
Account setup/deactivation of participating locations in the program.
Evaluate performance and provide strategic plans for improvements.
Serve as a liaison for patrons and establishments to resolve questions and issues.
Manage vendor coordination of marketing assets and billing.
Assist and recommend in the design process.
Manage inventory related to signage and promotional material.
Field customers calls through the company’s route management software.
Assist in other marketing related tasks as needed.
Education
B.S. in Marketing or related field.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience of analytical techniques in a context of loyalty programs and/or direct marketing.
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills who possesses the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
Positive, professional mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Innovative.
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
Ability to remain flexible and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
1-year minimum marketing experience preferred.
Experience working with iOS and mobile device management software preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is low.
