Job Description
Vinylmax is a family-owned business that produces industry-leading product lines, while providing an excellent customer experience. Our accelerated growth has provided the opportunity to expand our territory base in looking for our new leaders to join our company.
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Northern/Central Indiana and Northern Illinois market.
Responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific customer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to exceed goals. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.
Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for existing or potential customers for assigned territory
Identify local business opportunities and challenges
Report regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individuals and group sales quotas
Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Skills/ ideal candidate
Sales representative experience
CRM software experience
Excellent communication
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related studies
Competitive, Resilient, and history in sales growth in current role
Familiarity with building products industry
Great at working independently
Travel
Daily travel within territory.
5 to 7 overnights per Month
