Job Description
Our organization is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Director of Sales/Marketing to join our team and progress our mission. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and growth strategies, aligned and consistent with the mission, vision of Hospice of Washington County and Franklin Hospice. This role may also be responsible for development of relationships with external partners and referral sources the overall management, outreach, and growth of HWC/FH’s community partnerships and referral sources. The Senior Director of Marketing will work collaboratively within HWC/FH, to partner with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support the achievement of its mission and growth. This will include leading and driving efforts related to marketing, branding, and education while supporting admissions and referral processes, ensuring positive patient/family experience, quality outcomes, and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing regional strategies to develop and sustain external relationships, support growth, sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development and implementation of regional marketing, growth, and sales strategies, and continuously monitoring and reporting on progress and results
- Reviews and assesses current market data and trends to assist with analysis, projections, and trends and conducts market research to identify new opportunities
- Assists with the development of marketing information for external stakeholders
- Remains abreast and informed and responds to industry, market, and local trends
- Develops, cultivates, and maintains relationships with community partners, referral sources, and external audiences
- Provides support for internal staff, including clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure positive patient/family experience and may assist with process improvement efforts
- Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies and supports quality outcomes
- Develops and provides education for hospice and end of life care to referral sources and community
- Assists in development of education for internal staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hagerstown, MD 21740: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
